If tourism is the end, we must prepare in respect of public services, hotels, civic culture, etc., And in that line I think is healthy to propose the themes of culture as a strategy to generate development, economics and transcendence that 30 years, positioned as one of the most important cities of Colombia where buildings coexist with parks and highways, parks, libraries and art squares.
When I refer to the term "culture" I allude to a concept that comes from the anthropologist's school Néstor García Canclini, who explains that "culture embraces all the social processes of meaning, or that a more complex culture embraces all the social processes of production, circulation and consumption of significance in social life"; that is, seeing as a large village Ibagué multiple manifestations, needs and strengths.
